Standard and Contingency Membership
PDRS is currently offering each Georgia Dental Association member
dentist the chance to sign up either
as a Standard or Contingency Member.
GDA Standard Membership Pricing
GDA members who sign up as Standard Members will pay a rate of $15.00
per claim for Phase One services. The $15.00 fee is paid prior to
collection activity beginning, and there are no additional fees applied
for Phase One services.
GDA Contingency Membership Pricing
GDA members who sign up as Contingency Members will pay a contingency
rate of (1) 28% for claims placed on or before 120 days from the date of
service, or (2) 38% for claims placed after 120 days from the date of
service for Phase One services. No money is paid unless a collection is
made.
All PDRS Clients Receive Top Notch PDRS Services Such As:
• Mailing up to four collection letters.
• Answering calls from patients.
• Handling mail correspondence.
• Limited outbound calling.
• Handling patient disputes, billing questions,
and validation of debt
requests.
• Working with patients to resolve insurance issues
or wrongful payment resolutions.
• Processing of Non-Sufficient Funds recovery items.
• Create monthly placement reports.
• Credit reporting. |
